ok i noe this gonna be really backdated but oh wat the hell!! im still gona do it.. : ) bear with me.

After duty, went to the IT exhibition at suntec. Check out some gadgets with the ppl from work, namely goh, peh & eric. i was lookin ard for a digital camera, been hafin the idea of gettin a cam. went back home empty handed though, mainly bcoz money talk in this world!! i tried talkin the sales girl into a proposition but i guess tat didnt reali work. i offer her a weekend of 'fun' with me but she rejected me with much disgust. well it was printed all over her face apparently : ) yeah so enough of the humiliation.

the past few saturdays of the month have been spent in the lil island off the sunny island of singapore. yes if u were thinkin of P.Ubin!

NOOO... im over that part of my life. anyway was 'working' at the NPCC campsite for the whole day i can say. it was scorching, hotter than our mainland i reckon. anyway after work, i rushed home to get change & rush over to Suntec with Bobin, hoping to procure a digi cam but by the time we hit there, the gate was oreadi closing on us but fret not theres always tml. so after our slight disappointment, we met up with TEOY & SHISH to catch HITCH, it was a rather good show, enriching i wld say : )
after the movie, we had our supper at simpang bedok. we ate like we only had tree roots & barks for dinner coz we ordered $20+ worth of pratas & drinks.
NOTE: suddenly at this point of time, something felt familiar or rather seen familiar.
DEJA VU i jus found out i already blogged abt this...talk abt short term memory!!
ok now onto more recent happening.

A long awaited holiday, i seriously needed the break from all the office work. It was smothering me slowly & this long weekend gave me a chance to refresh myself. i met up with fiona in the evening den we made our way to Changi Jetty. We had our dinner there, Nasi Lemak..like wat else. after our dinner, we met up with Charles, Melvin & Serene den there after it became kind of a waiting game, shalt not elaborate on it den whn we set foot on Ubin, we were welcomed by Aziz on the police rover, it feel good knowing i dun haf to hike to the damn campsite....

it will be a long long hike, if we had to do tat. for the rest of the night, we chill at the campsite jetty, chatting abt everything under the bright full moon, eating cheese & complementing it with red wine & also loads of junk foods to make sure we wldnt go hungry. i was hafin a time of my life, hafnt felt tat carefree for a long while ever since krabi, damn i miss tat place. we were chattin till 3 am until charles convinced everyone to go for a night hike. haha for more abt the night hike go to HORNY HAMSTERS.
we got back to the campsite abt 4am & i was reali incapacitated by den & i wasted no time in catchin up with some sleep...hehe : ) hell i got work starting in less den 4 hrs time. as many of u all would guessed, i was rather stoned whn i started work in the morning, actuali the morning went well for me with no glitch or problem but after lunch...i basically turned into a mindless zombie..walkin ard in funny pattern with my eyes hafnt closed & mind shut out to the world. i tink i scared some of the cadets too. haha anyway this was the last day of our 10 days ordeal. yes the adventure training has gone on for 5 weekdays & 5 saturdays.
it was rather emotional whn our chief instructor, Royston did his debrief. i cld see tears edgin out of his eyes. i felt rather emotional too, it was a place i haf come to love & appreciate. The campsite is a reali laidback place to jus watch the world go by. It was comforting to hear the camp warden say we r all welcomed back anytime, no regards whether we r affiliated to NPCC or not. we r all considered family to him... : ) i wld be lookin forward to the other activities they plannin to conduct for us. it was sad to part good bye to all the instructors & trainers, given the short time we had together i guess everyone worked very well together!! shout out to the ppl i cld never forget Royston, Aziz, Samat, Augustine, Charles, Melvin & Eugene also not forgetin ppl i missed out.
night fall & my day has yet ended. got back home in a jiffy & got change to hit Monica's 21st bday party. hehe mon's dad was gettin us drinks all nite, making sure we had enuff beers & wines..i rejected his kind offer after 1 can... lol im reali a bad drinker on certain days, i guess it was jus one of those days again. haha oh did i mention we were all treated to a powerpoint presentation of monica 21 years by her folks. hehe its was hilarious, poor monica have to goin thru the embarressment in front of everyone but it was some effort putting everything together. well after tat everyone decided to hit back home while shish & teo got back to my place for some soccer action which i ended prematurely coz i fell aslp the moment i hit my sofa. yes they went thru the whole match with me snoozing all the way.. LOL!
i think i shall end it here now, b4 i start to bore anyone. shall blog abt sun laterr!! so till later...
